Situated on the ground level of the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab, Ristorante L' Olivo at Al Mahara offers diners an elegant, under-sea culinary experience. This Italian seafood restaurant is brought to you as a pop-up concept by Chef Andrea Migliaccio from the Two-MICHELIN star "Ristorante L'Olivo" on the picturesque Italian island of Capri.

Al Mahara restaurant may not be located beneath the ocean, but the entire venue benefits from a shimmering, otherworldly underwater feel. This aquatic ambience is created by Al Mahara's floor-to-ceiling, coral-filled aquarium, which is teeming with stingrays and other tropical fish.

This top-notch pop-up restaurant offers the same quality service and ingredients that their original Capri location is known for. Diners can either order a la carte or go for the five-course tasting menu created specially by Chef Migliaccio. Scampi langoustine served with green apple, yoghurt, oyster leaves and caviar is just one of the creative dishes you'll find on the tasting menu here.
